1. No Refunds on Digital Products
All sales are final. Once a digital file has been successfully delivered or downloaded, no refund, exchange, or cancellation will be provided.
2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If your account is debited but you do not receive confirmation:
- Do not attempt a second payment.
- Contact us immediately at support@pixelsafar.com with transaction details.
Pixelsafar is not responsible for duplicate payments or failed transactions caused by network issues, incorrect details, or payment gateway errors.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience problems accessing your purchased content, please contact support. We will verify the transaction and assist with access, but refunds will not be issued.
